Soph’s personal journey adds even greater depth to her mission. While living in Australia, she discovered that her six month old nephew desperately needed a new liver. When she learned she was a match, her determination was unwavering. She put everything on hold to fly back to the UK and donate part of hers. After a gruelling eight hour surgery, she awoke with a seven inch scar up her midriff. As time went on, her weight quickly jumped four dress sizes and she had to master a new chapter in building her self confidence.
Today, that scar has become a symbol of hope and empowerment. Soph uses her story to show others how to feel worthy of living fully, chasing opportunities and embracing confidence right now.
Soph was just 21 when she moved solo to Australia, where she spent a decade not only establishing herself professionally but also finding her voice and confidence. Alongside her work, she graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology. She has always remained fueled by a deep fascination with human behaviour. This foundation underpins much of what she does today, helping women rewire their thoughts towards positivity and ultimately, lasting confidence.
